Hi Everybody
I've spent a few hours pondering this one.
I have a form frmInvoice (InvoiceID)
and a subform zfrmInvoice (InvoiceID)
I am able to print a passable report that looks like a business
invoice that can be posted (snail mail) or Faxed. The client is happy
with this.
Now I am required to be able to email this Invoice straight off the
Form/Subform, and put it into the MS Outlook drafts folder.
Yep, I'm OK with putting it into the MS Outlook drafts folder when
there is just a "to Field"
a "Subject Field"
and a "Message Body Field"
But how is it possible to get my 7 little fields on the invoice
subform to fall neatly into line in a single Memo field which will
become the message body.
I thought I had a breakthrough when I added a button to the print
toolbar "output to Text File" and a nice little notepad file was
produced that looked pretty much like the Email item I am trying to
produce would look.
But that's as far as it goes. From there on the client would have to
copy and paste into outlook, which falls short of what is required.
Any help would be appreciated.
