Only found 2 hits in Google Groups on this one so here goes;
On one pc the printing subsystem is all messed up and no application can
print. So if we try to run an Access report it's no surprise that we get
the following;
The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: You must install a printer before you design, print,
or preview.
*The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a
user-defined function, or [Event Procedure].
*There may have been an error evaluation the function, event, or macro.
At this point we have a blank screen and the app is unusable.
Is there a simple way of trapping this or more ideally preventing the report
from opening in the first place?
thanks
