Is there an Access 2002 developer kit?

I was wondering if there is an Access 2002 developers kit? I have
seen the Office XP developers kit, but I'm wondering if there is one
for Access only.

Nope.
OfficeXP Developer Edition it is; complete with a copy of OfficeXP Pro.
No separate developer kit.
