Yes, I've cottoned on to this guy's patterns - what a saddo.

He meant the URL from the post ABOVE his ... but - and trust me on this -
          don't click on it.

And, why not? It wasn't posted anonymously, and Tony's
http://www.granite.ab.ca/accsmstr.htm site is full of good, useful Access
information and links that are helpful to Access people.

To assure yourself that this one wasn't posted anonymously, right-click, and
              select Properties.

No, Tony's very intelligent, helps people with their Access problems, and
warns people so they can avoid newsgroup problems; the vicious one surely
acts like a Don P Mellon, using stupid hotmail pseudonyms such as this and
anonymized posts to mislead people to a chain of nasty porn popups.

Well, Mozilla allows you to suppress popups in general.

If you insist on using IE (I certainly wouldn't recommend it), you
can get the Google Toolbar, which will allow you to suppress popups
                        in IE.

I would wager that the fake FAQs, the borderline slanderous posts
and the filthy URLs being posted would be more likely to get the
anonymizers to block CDMA than any other kind of content. When Don
had his previous childish fit a year ago, most of the "kills" were
for materials that were unquivocally inappropriate, not just the
annoying stuff. As the target of some of Don's attacks, I don't
have the credibility that 3rd-party complainers would have, I
                          think.

Avant Browser is also very good. I can recommend this one

The full-featured tri-core rendering Avant Browser which supports IE/Firefox/Chrome engines is fast, stable and memory leak free.
