Access 2003 Help Files - How To Disable Microsoft Online Help

Just installed 2003 and the help file sucks because it tries to
connect to Microsoft Online Help which takes too long. When I run
Access and I'm not connected to the internet, it seems to connect to
the locally stored help files. How can I turn off the online help and
just access the locally stored help files?

I thought it was a Beta thing only. Perhaps you need to run setup and
"install all help files" or something.

Microsoft Help MVP David Liske says the following should work:

In any of the Office apps, click on Help | Customer Feedback Options. Under
Categories, click on Online Content. You can make the adjustments there as to
whether or not it will connect.
