Restricting the taskbar to one icon per open database instead of a group in XP.

In Office XP Pro, how do you restrict the taskbar to one icon for the
'immediate window' (form or report) instead of a group that includes
an icon for the 'Database window' - even when access has been
restricted in 'Startup' and bypass property has been disallowed by
    code.

Under Tools > Options, untick "Windows in Taskbar" which is under the view
    tab.

Thanks for your feedback Stewart! A simple step but I now have the
      desired outcome.
