Syncing iPod to computer 2 without erasing new music
I have two computers with iTunes. All the music from Computer 1 has been downloaded to my iPod. I would like to download all that music onto Computer 2. However, Computer 2 has newer music on it that is not on my iPod/Computer 1. I can't figure out how to get the music from my iPod onto Computer 2 without erasing the new music. Suggestions? Thanks.
PS: Both of computers are on Mac OS. -

Local Settings & Application Settings on Macintosh
Hello,
My question is how I can retrieve the local settings and application settings using a C++ function on Mac, preferably by not using Objective C.
On Windows, the function needed for this operation is SHGetFolderPath (...), declared in header file shfolder.h.
Thank you in advance. -

How to include CPAN packages inside my application
Hello -
I am a Perl programmer who's developing a Cocoa application with a development team. Our Cocoa-based application is going to execute some Perl scripts to take care of some systems administration tasks at various times.
I've programmed my Perl script using the DBI:: and DBD::SQLite Perl CPAN packages, but I'm concerned that these packages aren't in a standard Perl installation on OS X 10.6.

Remote Connection From Windows to Mac OS X
Is it possible to use the windows RDP protocol to remotely connect to a mac without downloading or using any other software?? So could it be as easy as changing the settings in mac to allow remote connections and then using the macs IP address in windows remote desktop to connect and control? Or do you have to mess with port forwarding and firewall stuff? Thanks -
Set up for Perl Scripts using Komodo on a Mac
Hello Everyone.
I am using Komodo to run my Perl and PHP Scripts on a Mac. I have used it on Windows and set up the inetpub and wwwroot files with no problem. I would view the result in a Web Browser using localhost. How do I configure it on a Mac and what do I type into Safari for it to work?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated! :-) -
