IIF Command in Update Query - not working

I want to update a field like 'Division' in Marks table. I want to set 'Division' field values compering'Perce ntage' field.
I cannot update Division field using the following update query.

Code:

IIf([Marks]![Percentage]>60,"First",IIf([Marks]![Percentage]>50,"Second",IIf([Marks]![Percentage]>40,"Third","Fail")))

Please help me thanks.

The Percentage field was Text type and number type. Now the problem solved.
