    trying to open .CHM help file

    Can anyone help me please? i am trying to open a .CHM help file via a
    command button on my form.
    I have tried using SHELL but that doesnt work, presumably because it
    is not a .EXE.

    any help greatly appreciated

      In the past I have used something like this in VB6:

      Shell("hh.exe " & App.Path & "\MyHelpFile.ch m", 1)

      Try something similar (i.e., using the reference to hh.exe but
      something other than App.Path to determine the path to the CHM file).
