    Url rewriting and inner links

    Hi,

    I have a problem and I haven't found a good solution yet...

    I'm using Url rewriting for my message board so it's more readable to have
    something like mysite.com/1040/message.aspx instead of
    mysite.com/message.aspx?id =1040

    When a user posts a message, I use Response.Redire ct to redirect him to its
    message. It goes like that:

    Response.redire ct("message.asp x#last");

    The thing is that when it comes to url rewriting, the # is translated in %23.

    How can I add a inner link using url rewriting? Is it possible?

    Thanks!

    Steph

    try
    Response.redire ct("mysite.com/1040/message.aspx");

      It works but I still can't add the inner link:

      Response.redire ct("mysite.com/1040/message.aspx#la st");

      It's still converted like:

      Response.redire ct("mysite.com/1040/message.aspx%23 last");

      Any other idea?

      Steph

        I found the solution:

        Simply add a "&" before the "#".

        Response.redire ct("message.asp x&#last");
