start - regedit

find - HKEY_CURRENT_US ER\Software\Mic rosoft\Office\1 0.0\Access\Sett ings
(or equivalent if you have a different version)

find -

Name: MRU5
Type: REG_SZ
Data: C:\Documents and Settings\Lyle Fairfield\My
Documents\Acces s\Downloads.mdb

right click - delete

open a bunch of files until the one you want to disappear is bumped
