How to import only new rows to MS SQL from Excel file

I am using MS SQL 2008 import/export utility to import an excel file that is regularly updated.
How can I use import /export utility every time to append only new rows to SQL table.
I an new to SQL and do not know SSIS as well, more familiar with import/export only. -
importing excel sheet having "Date" in Column names
Hi All,
I am new to MS SQL , when I import an excel file that contains "Dates" in its column names to MS SQL 2008, the date is not displayed in column name in MS SQL. Rather it shows F3, F4, F5. I have even tried to change the data format to "date". The excel is like
KPI Target_valye 25-May-2010 26-May-2010 ......
Kindly suggest your expert opinion.
