First thank you for you respond Nepomuk.
what is happening in here is there are some domain users how are administrators on their local pc.So when Im changed them as restricted users on their local pc, a new profile is creating in their Documents and Setting folder as new user. There for i have to create there mail settings and all.
what I want is stop creating a new profile

Hello every body
have you notised that theres a underlined key in every active button on a window which means a shortcut key for that button.As an example see the "FIle" button, letter F is underlined. In some windows you dont see this,so press Alt tab it will appears. By pressing underlined key + Alt tab you can select the specific button without using the mouse.

I think that your currant drivers for the sound devive are for the windos 2000 or XP operating systems. So you have to download the drivers suit for WinServer2000 and to your computer brand.

If it is posible try this
Unplug your cpu power cable and remove cpu cover and remove the CMOS battery for a few minits(aprox.10-15) . Then fix them all back and reboot the computer
This will clear your BIOS password so then you can enable the USB drive.
