I am having exactly the same problem. Three pages of HTML for a three sentence email. Have reinstalled the driver, no luck. Knology techs do not have a clue. Happened right after I signed on with Knology, but when I let them on my system, the problem did not happen at their end....so it must be some kind of internal setting....HELP
