On my Internet Explorer 9 start screen, "XML document must have a top level element." always appears and I designate "OK" at the lower right hand corner. I would like a short and comprehensive answer as to how I may get rid of this message so it does not appear anymore. I do not comprehend long, technical explanations about this occurrence, therefore, please simply instruct me on removal of this message. Thank you.
