How to save a document under a new title and not loose the old document

I need to save my 2014 spread sheet for Income Tax information to a new file "saved as 2015". this saves me time in having to set it all up again. I just delete 2014 information in the 2015 file and can begin to enter 2015 information. I've done it in previous Windows but am unable to do it in Windows 8. I do not want to loose the 2014 information, just add a new file 2015.

just copy paste your spread sheet for 2014 and the copy of your spread for 2014 you must rename it for 2015, then edit the content. its just easy.
