    multiple screens on Win7

    Hi,

    recently we got new PCs and I want to know, whether in W7 I can have multiple screens/workplaces* (or whatever it is named) as common on linux/mac.

    Regrettably, Win 7 does not have the capability to have multiple desktops per user. Some third party software suppliers have products that attempt to fill the gap, but as the MS Answers thread below demonstrates it's a bit hit and miss on whether or not they are suitable for the purpose:

      takes probably as long as IE adapting tabbed browsing ...
