Logging off Administrator Account in XP

I am having to log on using the administrator account. How do I go back to logging on without using the admnistrator name and password routine?

Are you using XP home or pro? Are the users stored locally or on a domain server? When you say "go back", are you meaning that you want to log on as a limited user (non-administrator)?
