Installation of SQL Server 2005 Backward Compatability Pack

Good Afternoon. per the advice of ShipWeight, i have been trying to install sqlserver2005_b c.msi on an XP 64bit workstation.

I get an error indicating that "systems administrator has set policies to prevent this installation".

I clearly have admin rights to the machine - please advise

My advice would be to contact your SysAdmin.
