Why Dell D630 Latitude Drivers won't install in windows XP?

I am using Dell D630 with Windows XP (Service Pack 3).

First of all I have a issue of the explorer. Windows not showing the icons & explorer and also one of the main problem is It is not installing the drivers. I tried to install the drivers running it on Safe Mode, but even though I have the drivers there are not being installed and I really dont get it.

Are they the right drivers?
