Hi all,
I have recently purchased three ASUS R101 netbooks with windows XP. I have installed office 2010 on all 3 (3 user home and student version).
If I have excel running and let the machine go into hibernation I get one of the following out comes every time I bring it out of hibernation.
1. Blue screen and auto restart
2. Excel crashes and the following message appears "Microsoft office software protection platform service has enountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience."
Any help on this issue greatly appreciated. I have contact ASUS and they were not much help. They told me to rebuid the machine but I don't think this is necessary.
