it's main problem is while i insert my boot disk it is not showing my hard drive partitions

Which version of Windows are you trying to install? My guess is, that it's Windows XP and the hard drive is a SATA drive. If I'm right, the Windows XP CD doesn't have the right drivers available. This can be solved, but it requires you to make the driver available.
So, if I'm right about those things, you'll have to get the driver (probably available on the Lenovo Website) and make it available somehow. Do you have a floppy disc drive somewhere, that you can use? If not, you'll have to create a new installation CD with the driver installed... well, I'd guide you through that if it comes to it.
