If you're having an Apple iPOD then you must borrow or download iTunes from http://www.apple.com

Which is the best music synchronisation software for Apple iPOD's and if you're using the regular MP3 player then you can use it drop music files as same as you operate any USB Stick

If you have an iPOd which has a display screen and which supports playing videos.. then why not

          Upload Video to Apple iPod:
iPod only accepts MP4 format video, If your video is MP4 video, please follow these steps: 1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your videos to iTunes library. 2. plug in your iPod to computer, then iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. 3. Select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Movies" tab, check the videos you want to sync and click "Apply", done. If your video isn't MP4 format, you need third party software to convert video to MP4.

Make sure it has a color screen that's bigger than one inch, if you're unsure if it supports video.
