yellow box in middle of monitor, cant get rid of it

there is a yellow box, with a green bar and blinking cursor at the end. Below it says 100%. I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it.

Can you give me any clue?

I think it some monitor information... turn it off using monitor configuration buttons
