I have inserted (tested insertion both as a picture and as an Excel file) an Excel bar graph into an MS Word document. When I print out the relevant pages on a colour printer, ALL graph lines are printed; BUT when I print on a mono (Dell laser) printer, all graph lines do NOT print. (And I have tried both "auto" line colour option and a dark blue line option for graph lines.) I have checked mono printer settings to make sure that quality is on normal, etc. Any ideas? Is it associated with the fact that the files were in MS Office 2007 and I'm working on them in 2003?
