Try to be more specific with problem statement. It ensures a positive solution, it will be a lot more easier the narrow down the actual problem. We at Bytes need to understand the actual problem in order to deliver solution.
Please provide more details i.e. windows version, service pack version, error message is any, behavior, symptom, etc
