How can I use power strip on/off button instead computer button to power on

Currently I am using power on switch on computer, I would like to use power strip switch to turn on or off computer instead power switch on computer, can I do that?. do I have to setup something in computer control panel ?.

I want to controln the computer on/off using power plug switch rather than front panel switch.

First off you should be turning off your computer by using the shutdown function of the computer. Some computers don't automatically shut themselves off when doing this and you have to hit the power button on the front of the PC. You shouldn't even turn off the computer by flipping the switch on the power strip, nor should you turn it off by holding in the power button on the front panel either. You can set up some PC's to shutdown when you just touch the power button on the front panel, but I would still just recommend hitting shut down (it doesn't take long).
