- Let us take a problem,suppose we copy a particular file or folder & paste this in any other place( any local drive )and when we right click on desktop blank space then it shows paste option in highlight state why is it present while it's already paste & now it should be unlighted so tell there is any reason for happening this & how can we unlighted this without restart PC.

That way, you can copy it to another place as well. If you want to copy a file without this happening, do it by command line. Again, Google will help you.
