user32.dll error

    user32.dll error

    hai!
    while i am trying to install a i am getting a error that user32.dll was relocated in memory.the application will not run properly.the relocation occured because the dll c:\windows\syst em32\shell32.dl l occupied an address range reserved for windows system dlls.the vendor supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll. so i cannot able to install the software.please anyone can help me to solve this problem.

    Have you checked this yet? Google found it for me!

    If that doesn't work, is SP3 installed? If not, you can get it via Microsoft Update or download it here.
