Windows XP Out of Memory Mssg and Works Print Orientation

I saw this query before but not the answer. What do I do to get Works to print Landscape oriented prints - the page set up seems to be ignored and one can only get Portrait prints. It is preceded by the Out of Memory message and by another that says the print is out of the dimensions etc. I am not a techie but I am able to follow clear instructions. I put a new printer - HP J5780 Office Jet on it a couple of months ago and think I have had the problem ever since but am not sure. I allow MS to do auto updates whenever they suggest such on signoff.

Sounds to me like you are trying to print something that is too big for the paper you are trying to print on.
