Windows Firewall

Y cant i find windows firewall in my machine which is loaded with Win Server 2003 Standard Edition. Everybody discusses that we can find the firewall in the control pannel like in XP but it is not found in my machine. I need to access it to conifigure ports. Pls give me any necessary info!
