Is the monitor cable securely plugged in at the back of the PC?

also make sure the power cable is plugged in securely.

try ur monitor on another pc, and try another monitor on your pc.

Check Monitor's Power Led Blinking Or Not
If Not Check Your Power Plug,CABLE/socket
If Bliking Or It Is Orange Then Problem Is In Cpu(cabinet)
                Ram,smps Replace One By One
