I can't find it either, and that's very unusual. Almost all dll troubles can be found on google (or at least DLL-Files.com). Are you sure that "C:\WINDOWS\opm nll.dll" is the correct spelling? What brand computer or you using?
I got a hit on "opml.dll" at http://www.spywaredata .com/spyware/malware/opml.dll.php and some for opnml.dll (but nothing too interesting).

I can't figure out who that belongs to. My test system is a compaq presario and there's no dll by that name there. Sorry that I couldn't be of more help.

As stated by "bartonc" I have had no luck in finding a solution... I am going to have to say that this is spy ware or a virus looking for its file...

Are you sure you didn’t mean "pmnll.dll" ???? because doing a search on "opmnll.dll " I get "pmnll.dll" instead and that is being stated as a virus / spy ware.... so there for just incase if you can not find your CD's here are your next options that I can help you with.

First, you can call Compaq and ask for new CD's say you never got them with the PC they will send you new once.

                Or

2nd, Do you have a virus scanner??? Or spy ware remover??? If not here are some following links for free stuff that works very well I use one of the programs and I used to use AVG as well they are very good.

Link for AVG Virus scanner "http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng...nti-virus-free "

                Link for Adaware "http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-...bj=dl&tag=top5 "

ggpopJR Do the following to stop the error from coming up

Go to Start > Run and type in msconfig hit Ok

                  System Configuration Utility comes up

                  Go to Startup

In the list under command find:

                  C:\WINDOWS\opmn ll.dll

                  uncheck it and hit Apply

Restart your computer and you should be good to go.

Let us know if this worked for you.

                  Regards, Cyber.
