How can I put the image as icon in form?

I have created 1 form. and I want to put image as a icon of that form into the form in vb.net How can I do this?

I have an image with ".png" extension which I want to put, and I have used the "ICON" property of the form to put my image into the form, but in this property, we can use only the files which have the ".ico" extension.
I changed the extension of the file, but there is still error occured like this "Argument 'picture' must be a picture that can be used as a Icon."

What can be done in this problem? It's urgent please help. It's deadline is tomorrow morning, please help.

Save the file as a bitmap, then rename the extension to .ico.
