time and data?

im new on vb., and for practice we're using vb6.0. How can i display data from a database to my form which changes the displayed data in every 30seconds without clicking a command button? i hope you can help me? thank you in advanced!

Place a Timer control on the form, with Interval set to 30000. In the Timer event, do your display.
