How to add data to my database it is giving runtime error.

I am trying to add data to my database using adodc my database is in ms access 2000-2003 but when i run my program its showing an error empty record-set cannot be added,and automatically ends the program.The main idea of my project is that when i click the add command all the details which have been entered like name,marks,aver age etc,need to be added in my database.
