I have done a simple road map using ArcMap resulting .shp, .shx and .dbf files.
.dbf containing road names and route ID.
(route is segments of road. many route can share a road name but different route ID)
By using Visual Basic, i can show the map without problem in maplayer but how can i highlight selected route in the display?
For example, i need to highlight route with the ID of 1001, 1003, 1004, 1005 and 1007 in the .dbf file with different colour and size. How can i do it??
