I have a form for running queries by command buttons to provide lists of personel available for specific occasions. This is to be available to organisation members as needed. I have either a shortcut or a macro on the desktop for opening the form.
I do not want people accessing or seeing the main DB window. I can't get my Access to use DoMenuItem or to sort out RunCommand to hide this window or to FitToSize the form.
Will setting privledges to a Guest Account get over this.
I'd prefer the first option as this is for a Museum Access DB. I am testing this at home on a fake DB before doing it on the Museum's system.
