VB.net Relate two Combo Boxes

I am trying to develop my first project in VB.net. I have a form with two combo boxes. one for "vendor" and one for "salesman". The data for these boxes is in an underlying access database. I would like the user to be able to select the right vendor in the 1st combo box, and then have vb change the list of available selections in the salesman combo box to only salesmen listed under that vendor.

My table looks like this:
Vendor A Joe
Vendor A Ray
Vendor B Tom
Vendor C James
Vendor C Kevin
Vendor C Ian
etc...


My problem is, I do not understand how to link the second combobox to the selection of the first. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give!
