Help me in writing SQL Query to filter number data

I have database and in ID field having number from 1 to 1000. I'd like to filter data every after 4 interval like 4, 8, 12, 16.......... like this.
What query would i use for this?

You simply need to run a loop.

Actually, I am using arcgis software and in this they have inbuilt query function. I don't think it support loop. Could you please help me how we can do this query code....... like select* from table name where ....

Does the software you use allow the MOD (or modulo) function ? If so, this will solve your problem
