      Hi,

      Thanks for responding, what I would like to do is to insert a manual page break at each cost centre point, for which there are pages and pages of data. I could find this for pivot tables or to insert hbreaks etc but not just to say "at each cost centre insert a page break".

      I would also like to insert subtotals at each cost centre using VBA rather than excel itself. I'm still learning so any help would be very much appreciated
