Print from Word doc. between bookmarks

Hi, i need a VBA code for printing between bookmarks in a Word doc

I also need to change 2 printing options:

1) Print from Tray 3
2) Print in both sides of the paper

as for 1 and 2 you will need to delve deep into the API, starting with OpenPrinter...
