    connect mysql to vb

    when i try to connect mysql database with vb 6.0 i got error Data source name not found and no default driver specified. i'm trying to connect remote database.

      Are you going through ODBC and have you installed the latest ODBC driver? Once you do that you need to set up a system DSN and connect to the catalog.
