how to add scrool bar to a form

i am using vb6
i want to know how we can add scrool bar to the form just as we do in
internet exploere

basically i am develeoping a form to enter fields in database now i have about 15- 20 field in a from which i had to enter now i want to make a scrool down page just we we make a sign up email or other in internet expolore .

i know there are scrll bar avilable but how can we scroll the page down with it
hope you understand what i mean.

You can't add scrollbars to scroll the form itself.
