    Using VB interface as OS's Desktop....

    Hi all,
    I want to use my shell program as a desktop or explorer program for my C++ OS?? OS is of very bigginer level. The OS is not fully complete. can i use my vb shell program in my OS??
    How can i create compatibility?? ?

    I do not know how to make this work for a PC that has XP or Vista loaded on to it. I don't know that you can.

    I know this was possible with QBASIC and a modification of the system.ini file with a Windows 95,98, or NT ..you just need the qbasic program in the same folder as explorer.exe. Hehe. Long tim ago though.
