question - vb6 - work with external program(details inside)

Iam sorry about my english but try to understand
I want to build a program in vizual basic that work with graphic program (freehand) i want that the program import picture from the computer (for example from any directory) and insert the picture inside to place in the freehand let's say and sqare or something like this
