how to become expert in coding ?????????

As i am a newbie to vb i want to know how to become expert in vb coding in less days????

The problem i am facing is that in my company they have given me only 3 days to study vb.. And they have given me a project to complete in 3 days ..Already i have taken more days than the days given to me to complete..

I think its not a big deal to learn basics of VB in three days; mastering in three days is challenging though. You may try this:
Read a few basic tutorials and get familiar with enviorment and tools.
Download a few very basic examples and see how they work. You can see many exampes and source code online.
try making a few very basic application; Then keep on trying getting things using example.
You will get a basic understanding easily.
Rest of things are practing and playing to learn.
It might help you a little bit
