Please always specify which control you are using either its ADODC or ADODB or anyother.

For ADODC:

For ADODC:

 Do While Not Adodc1.Recordset.EOF 
Combo1.Additem(Adodc1.Recordset.Fields(Field Name or Field No)
 
Loop

For ADODB:

 Do While Not Rec.EOF 
Combo1.Additem(Rec.Fields(Field Name or Field No) 
Loop

In case of ADODB you need to declare a recordset Rec is the name of Recordset of ADODB Connection.
