use asp:menu to onclick vb.net sub procedure

I have been trying to find out how to tell the asp:menu that I want to select a sub in the current page and not a aspx file. I want to use onclick not navigateurl. The sub is in code behind as it is vb.net sub not javascript or vbscript.
