LIne in shown as an error on this string wsTarget.Range("A1:A135").Formula = "=sum(B1

I have an error on this line. Can anyone help me with this?

wsTarget.Range( "A1:A135").Form ula = "=sum(B1:" & colLetter & "1)"

Could you please provide more information about the error? What's the number/description? What part of the forumla (if any) is highlighted?
